General objectives:
- identification and conceptual presentation of some of the pillars of the contemporary legal order, pillars under constant political and doctrinal debate;
- conducting a “frontier” research that involves exploring some of the most complex, intensely debated and important topics of contemporary philosophy, belonging to the philosophy of law, with profound implications not only on the science of law, but also on a multidisciplinary spectrum that includes philosophy, sociology, politics, history and socio-linguistic law;
- the acquisition – by those interested (lawyers, philosophers of law, theorists and practitioners of law, students, etc.) – of the most relevant aspects of postmodern society, with emphasis on the dimension of legal norm.
